How much can you expect to pay?
Our prices begin at £28.00 per person per night.
We only have twin or double rooms but, if there is only one of you, our single occupancy rate begins at £40.00 per night.

Booking via telephone will get you the best deal.
Terms and Conditions
Bookings
Bookings can be made by telephone, or in person. A minimum, non refundable, deposit equivalent to the first night's tariff is required with all reservations/bookings. Alternatively, you can pay the full amount at the time of booking.
Payments can be made in advance by Debit/ Credit Card, Cheque or Postal Order made payable to Lyonesse Guest House and sent to:
Lyonesse Guest House, 17 Western Terrace, Falmouth, Cornwall. TR11 4QN.
Cancellations
Where rooms have been paid for in full prior to the commencement of your stay, and a cancellation needs to be made a refund may be due depending on whether we can re let the accommodation.
Deposits taken to secure your bookings are non refundable.
The Lyonesse Check-In / Departure
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival when booking your room(s) and we will try to ensure that your room(s) are ready when you arrive.
Please vacate your room(s) before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
Smoking is not allowed inside Lyonesse Guest House.
There is ample, free, on street parking alongside the Lyonesse Guest House.
Wi-Fi Broadband access is provided free of charge.
