Terms & Conditions

Bookings

Bookings can be made by telephone, or in person. A minimum, non refundable, deposit equivalent to the first night's tariff is required with all reservations/bookings. Alternatively, you can pay the full amount at the time of booking.

Payments can be made in advance by Debit/Credit Card, Cheque or Postal Order made payable to Lyonesse Guest House and sent to:
Lyonesse Guest House, 17 Western Terrace, Falmouth, Cornwall. TR11 4QN.

Cancellations

Where rooms have been paid for in full prior to the commencement of your stay, and a cancellation needs to be made a refund may be due depending on whether we can re let the accommodation.

Deposits taken to secure your bookings are non refundable.

The Lyonesse Check-In / Departure

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival when booking your room(s) and we will try to ensure that your room(s) are ready when you arrive.

Please vacate your room(s) before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.

Smoking is not allowed inside Lyonesse Guest House.

There is ample, free, on street parking alongside the Lyonesse Guest House.

Wi-Fi Broadband access, subject to availability, is provided free of charge.

Additional terms

In the event that a room is unavailable on arrival due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, flood etc.) we will attempt to locate suitable alternative local accommodation at no extra charge. Where this is not possible or alternative accommodation is not required, we will, of course, refund the sum paid for the room.

In the event of malicious, willful or negligent damage to the room or other property, we will charge the amount of any loss sustained by the Lyonesse Guest House (including business interruption losses) to the registered customer. Where payment by the customer is not forthcoming we will pursue the matter through the civil courts. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

We reserve the right, without notice, to amend the specifications of products and services presented on the site and to discontinue any product or service.
